capstone reflections

Forgot that I was setting myself up for criticism. Have received very mixed reviews for the first web site and this bothers me a bit. However, that's the point. The other point is that I will not be really reviewing this feedback to effect change until after the project is over - when title III becomes the capstone phase.

Accessibility issues are more complicated than I realized. If we accept federal money we should create all our materials for all people but in general we do not have visually impaired people here. I'm not sure what to do about this.
I have used the Macromedia Dreamweaver extension accessibility tool to view my pages and they basically check out (I have to learn more about it). However, I get the impression that you can't really rely on the tool. I want to meet with Pam to learn what she uses as accessibility guidelines.
Also I need to think of the legal aspects of this project. Is this a work for hire? Should I be copyrighting everything? Should there be some sort of privacy disclaimer? I can track student use of the WebCt site. What should I do with that?
